We chose Corning, Iowa, not just for its charm, but because of its quiet beauty and proximity to Lake Icaria—a place we’ve always loved for its peaceful waters, open skies, and endless outdoor possibilities. Just eight minutes from the lake, our property felt like the perfect spot to build something meaningful.

What started as a personal vision turned into a family-run retreat where others could experience the same sense of calm, connection, and clarity we’ve found here.
